100% is a breeze. Anything else…well isn’t.

Who are you? text vertically along a photo of a woman standing on a beach looking skywards with the text journaling prompts for uncovering who you are below

100% is a breeze. Anything else…well isn’t.

It’s easy when you make the commitment to go 100% all-in on something.

You know what that is.

You know how that feels.

You know how it feels to give it your all.

To be fully & completely motivated to do your best.

And that’s all we can ever do, right? Our best.

In this moment we can do our best. And in the next moment, we can do our best. And on and on.

We can never do anything more than our best.

Oh, we can certainly do less than our best, but never more than.

And when we’ve made the commitment to go 100% all-in on something we WILL do our best in every moment we give to attaining that thing.

Side note: that commitment to doing your best will spill over to all the other areas of your life.

When your commitment is to do your best every single time, every single day, no questioning.

You eliminate the chance to negotiate with yourself.

You don’t ask yourself “should I work on it today?” Because you decided to give it 100%, to go all the way in and to give it your best.

You don’t half-ass it.
You give it your best.

Now, of course, you understand that your best will vary day-to-day, you are human after all. But you will always give it everything you’ve got in that moment.

You made the commitment to go all in. So, you do.

You aren’t negotiating with yourself.

You made the commitment to give it your all and do your best. And you always know when you’re giving all you’ve got and when you’re slacking off.

You know when you are.

You know when you aren’t.

And when you aren’t you step it up because you made the commitment to go 100% all-in.

It’s the negotiating that makes it hard. It’s the negotiating that’s exhausting.

Negotiating with yourself doesn’t just crack the door for doubts to creep in. No, it rolls out the red carpet complete with the welcoming committee.

And those doubts will kill your dreams every. single. time.

The little voices that tell you, that convince you that you didn’t really want it anyway. That it’s better if things just stay as they are.

Those are scary fucking voices to listen to, to give in to.

Those voices will march you straight down the path of decay.

Because there is no staying the same. Either you’re growing or you’re decaying. Either you’re getting stronger or you’re getting weaker. You don’t stay the same.

Every decision moves you closer to your dreams or farther away.

Making the decision to go all-in 100% eliminates the negotiating. It makes it easier to stay on the path to your dreams.

Wouldn’t it be worth it to go all-in?

Aren’t your dreams worth going 100% all-in for?

Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
