The future is unwritten. And YOU get to write it.

The future is unwritten. And YOU get to write it.

Do you know that you get to create your future? You do.

Whatever it is that you truly desire to experience you can create.

You get to create it. And you have everything within you now to create it.

That life you secretly dream of, you know the one, you’ve already got what it takes to bring it into physical reality. You do.

One of your key tools in doing so is your imagination. Your imagination is a creative powerhouse.

The problem for so many is that they’re using it to create a life of worry.

All those worries you allow your mind to focus on, you’re bringing them into physical reality.

Mike Dooley wrote, “Reality is not what your eyes see. Reality is what your mind creates for your eyes to see.”

And Napoleon Hill wrote, “man can create anything which he can imagine”.

So, what are you imagining? How are you using the tremendous power of your imagination?

Are you imagining paying your bills in full and on time (or even early) with plenty of money left over? Or are you freaking out about how you’re going to pay your bills and mentally reviewing which you can avoid paying this month?

Are you imagining waking up with energy and excitement for the day? Or do you fantasize about hitting snooze all morning?

Do you think about being in the most loving, supportive, passionate, beautiful relationship? Or do you continually relive all the times you’ve been let down or hurt in the past?

Can you see yourself walking through the door of your dream home as you come home from a lovely brunch with friends? Or do you see yourself living in the same place you are now with no hope of even redecorating?

What are you imagining?

What you see in your mind is what you create.

When we worry we are doing ourselves a tremendous disservice. We are taking the power of our imagination—and make no mistake our imaginations are really fucking powerful—and using it to create negative, undesirable outcomes.

Worry is the biggest misuse of imagination you can make. How much of your time is spent there?

I don’t think anyone ever eliminates worry completely. BUT you can learn to bring yourself back out of worry and you can do this quickly, within a couple of minutes quickly.

It takes self-awareness to recognize when your mind has drifted to thoughts of worry.

It takes discipline to train your mind to refocus your thoughts and energy back to the future you desire to create.

It takes persistence to keep doing this over and over and over.

The more you do it the easier it becomes.

The more you do it the more you’ll direct your creative power to bring the life you dream of into reality.

The more you do it the more you’ll see that you are so much more powerful than you used to believe.

Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
