Can you silence the inner critic long enough to allow yourself to imagine your dream future?
Can you quiet the negative voices of the doubters and naysayers in your life and envision your dream life?
It may be challenging to tune into what you really and truly want, but do it anyway. Your dreams are worth the effort.
Decide what you want.
Be the you who has it.
Align your thoughts, words, and actions with what you want.

If you already had what you want, how would you live?
Who would you be?
How would you think?
How would you feel?
How would you talk?
How would you talk to yourself?
What are your habits and rituals?
What are your standards?
How would you treat your body?
Who would you be if you were already ‘there’?
Connect to your vision and get clear on who you’d be and how you’d live.
Don’t wait for perfect clarity that’ll never happen. All you need is a degree more clarity than you had yesterday.
Connect to who you’d be if you were living your dream life and then be her today.
Maybe you can’t be her fully and completely today. But can you be her 1% more than you were yesterday?
Embody just 1% more of who you want to be, who you’d be if you were living your vision. Do this today.
Then tomorrow be her 1% more.
And bit by bit.
Tiny right action followed by tiny right action.
Minute adjustment in your way of being followed by minute adjustment.
You will become the you that you were born to be.
You will be the you who’s living her dream life.
