What are you fighting for? What are you living for?

Who are you? text vertically along a photo of a woman standing on a beach looking skywards with the text journaling prompts for uncovering who you are below

What are you fighting for? What are you choosing to live for?

Your dreams.

OR

Your fears and excuses.

You can have your dreams or you can have your excuses. You don’t get to have both.

One or the other. It’s your choice.

But first, know that what you want IS possible.

You have to understand this in your mind and in your heart.

All of the dreams and desires on your heart are possible for you, they are meant for you.

But you’ve got to let go of your excuses before you can have them.

And that’s where most of us trip ourselves up. We choose to fight for our excuses, not our dreams.

We pretend we aren’t doing this. But, all of those “ya, buts”, those reasons why you aren’t doing all that you can do to have your dreams are keeping you from having what you want.

They’re excuses.

They are lies your mind is telling you to keep things from changing. Because to the mind, change is scary as fuck.

It’s up to you to decide that you want the dream more than the excuse. Or not.

If you choose your dreams then the thoughts you think, the words you speak, and the actions you take have to back this up.

If you don’t, well then…carry on as you were.

Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
