What do you want? What do you want? What do you really want?

Who are you? text vertically along a photo of a woman standing on a beach looking skywards with the text journaling prompts for uncovering who you are below

What do you want?

What do you want?

No. But. Really, what do you want?

What is it that you truly desire?

Do you know?

Can you see it?

Can you close your eyes and picture it?

Are you clear on what you want?

Or are you lost in the land of wishy-washy vagueness?

Look, I get it

It’s easy to think that you know what you want when you aren’t asking yourself what it is that you want regularly.
And it’s really fucking easy to tone down or even deny what you really want to please other people.

Been there. Done that. Bought the t-shirt.

And it sucks.

It sucks to not be true with yourself about what you want. It feels rather disgusting to deny your soul’s truth about your desires.

And yet, right now, I can tell you where I’m still holding back from the full expression of what I want.

And I guarantee you are too.

So, gorgeous, start asking yourself every day what do I want?

Journal it out.

Free write your response with no judgments. Don’t think just write.

Do it today and tomorrow and the day after.

Watch what starts to come through.

Watch as the surface layers of desire and falsehoods start to fall away.

Be true to yourself.
This is YOUR life after all.

Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
