What if…
What if it’s not possible?
What if it doesn’t work out?
What if I’m crazy to think I can have that?
Most of the time, when we think what if we leap to all sorts of negative outcomes and worst-case scenarios.
Trust me, I get it.
Years ago, when I was in therapy my therapist reminded me in every session (often many times) that my future catastrophizing wasn’t helping.
My mind was an absolute pro at going down the negative ‘what if’ pathway. Not now though. Now, I can catch it and flip it within a minute or two 99% of the time (that last percent it takes a little longer and maybe requires a little extra support).
And the thing is that whatever we believe is what we experience.
What you believe creates your experiences.
Yet, all too often we find ourselves going down the negative-what-if-rabbit-hole. Forgetting to consider that no one ever decreed that the words ‘what if’ had to be followed by something unpleasant.
Instead…
Why not consider the optimistic side to all those what-ifs flying around your mind?
What might happen if you asked…
What if it IS possible?
What if it DOES work out?
What if you are MEANT to have that?
Doesn’t that feel better?
I thought so 😉
And…
What if you already were enough?
You are enough, in ALL ways.
What if right now—at this very moment—your worthiness is absolute?
It is. You are alive, you are breathing ergo you are worthy.
What if you no longer needed to be anyone other than who you really are?
After all, there is only one You.
What if the dreams you have for your life were meant for you?
They are.
What if you were meant to have your dreams NOW?
You are.
What if every single desire, great and small, was available to you?
They are.
What if you knew that who you are now is more than enough?
You are.
What if the fears that have held you back in the past weren’t real?
They aren’t. Fear is a liar.
What if you put more faith in dreams than your fears?
Imagine the possibilities.
What if everything you want to BE, DO, and HAVE is meant for you?
It is. All of it IS meant for you.
What if you allowed yourself to fall in love with your life and live your dreams?
What if…perhaps it’s worth considering.
Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
