You are not your thoughts.
Always remember this.
You have thoughts.
But, you are not your thoughts.
Your mind creates a continual stream of thoughts to help you feel more comfortable, more in control.
This is happening all the time.
You observe the world around you.
Your mind produces thoughts about what you’re observing.
And together these form your experience of ‘reality’.
The key here is to notice and understand that a part of what creates your reality is your thoughts.
Your thoughts shape your experience.
It’s not only the circumstances but the thoughts you tell yourself about the circumstances.
What’s happening in the outside world comingles with what’s happening in your inner world and together this forms your experience of the world.
Do you see how fucking powerful that is?
Your thoughts are creating your experience.
If you don’t like what you’re experiencing you CAN change it.
And this change can happen even if nothing in your physical reality changes. Do you get this? Do you see this?
You create your reality.
You observe the circumstances around you.
You observe the thoughts you think.
You experience ‘reality’.
You aren’t the circumstances.
You aren’t your thoughts.
You are the observer.
And you choose where you focus your observational power.
Choose thoughts grounded in love or fear. It’s your choice.
Choose thoughts that empower you or disempower you. It’s your choice.
Choose thoughts that feel good or that feel like shit. Also, your choice.
Your thoughts create your reality. Choose them wisely.
Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
