Circumstances don’t define you.

Who are you? text vertically along a photo of a woman standing on a beach looking skywards with the text journaling prompts for uncovering who you are below

Your circumstances don’t define you.

When we buy into the story that our circumstances define us, that they make things harder somehow, we limit ourselves.

By doing this we separate ourselves from our power to create the life we want.

We forget the truth—

your circumstances don’t define you.

They don’t.

You are so much more than any circumstance.

And circumstances aren’t good or bad, they’re neutral. It’s the way you choose to think about them that makes them appear good or bad.

If you choose to buy into the perceived limitations created by a set of circumstances then you’re contributing to your own disempowerment.

If you choose to buy into the opportunities created by a set of circumstances then you’re empowering yourself.

You get to choose how you think about your circumstances—you get to decide whether they’re limiting you or providing opportunities for expansion.

It’s a choice.

It’s always a choice. Are you getting that?

The circumstances of your life don’t define you.
They can be used to limit you.
Or they can be used to elevate you.

It’s your choice.

Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
