The Power of Choice is Always Yours

Who are you? text vertically along a photo of a woman standing on a beach looking skywards with the text journaling prompts for uncovering who you are below

The power of choice is always yours.

Every morning, when you wake up you get to choose how you feel about the day.

In every situation, you get to choose how you respond.

You get to choose how you feel about the way you lived your day.

You get to choose how you feel about yourself.

How you feel is also your choice.

Every time you give your attention to a thought you’re exercising your power to choose.

Every time you numb out instead of lean into an uncomfortable feeling you’re making a choice.

Every time you fixate on the problem instead of seeing the solution you’re making a choice.

Every time you procrastinate you’re choosing to not move forward to your dreams.

How you think is your choice.

How you feel is your choice.

What you do is your choice.

What you don’t do is your choice.

Tonight, when you go to bed how are you going to feel about the choices you made today?

Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
