This Is Your One Life.

Who are you? text vertically along a photo of a woman standing on a beach looking skywards with the text journaling prompts for uncovering who you are below

This is your ONE life.

How have you been living it?

Are you living it so that on your death bed—which could be tomorrow, next week, next year, in ten years or decades from now—you’re proud of how you lived?

Or have you gotten lazy? Become complacent.

Maybe it’s time to remind yourself that this, right now, this very moment is your life and it’s time to fucking step it up and start living it.

Stop settling.

Stop waiting for permission to live your dreams.

Stop giving more importance to other peoples’ opinions than your own.

Stop tolerating less than what you actually want.

Stop accepting your bullshit excuses about why you are where you are and why you can’t be, do, and have everything you want.

Stop settling.

And step the fuck up.

You are capable of so much more than you’re giving yourself credit for.

I know you know this.

You know you’re living at subpar levels.

You know you’re holding back, playing small, and shrinking away from what you really want out of life.

You know you’re wussing out.

And it’s time to cut that shit out.

This is your life.

This is YOUR life.

This is your one life. Do you feel that?

This is your one life, is this really how you want to live it?

No.

I didn’t think so 😉

So, gorgeous, what are you going to do about it?

It’s your life.

It won’t change by itself.

But, you can change it.

If you want something different then it has to come from you.

You change your life by changing you.

By changing who you are being.

I know you know this.

But, you aren’t doing it, are you?

No or at least not to the degree you know you could be.

Not to the level you know is required if you’re going to manifest those big, beautiful, audacious as fuck dreams of yours.

Those dreams are waiting for you to step up. To claim them. To be who they require you to be.

So do it already.

When you’re living that life, how do you show up?

How do you talk?

How do you think?

What do you believe?

What do you tell yourself?

How do you care for your body? Your mind? Your soul?

How do you spend your time?

Journal that out.

Dig in.

Then dig deeper.

Get clear.

Be specific.

And then do it—be her.

Embody that version of you, NOW.

Your dreams are waiting and they’re waiting for you.

They’re waiting for you to become her. To be the You that you see in your mind living your dreams.

You can be her.

You can do this.

It’s not hard.

What’s hard is all the denying, the struggling, the settling. That’s hard.

This isn’t.

It’s just a practice.

Start today.

Continue daily.

All-day. Every day.
Embody more and more of the You who is living her dream life.

Your dreams are worth it.

YOU are worth it.

Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
