Trust.
To trust is to ‘believe in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of’.
Trust is essential if you’re going to achieve your goals and live your dreams.
So the question you need to ask yourself with radical honesty is do I fully and completely trust myself?
Do you have trust in your ability to prepare for the task ahead?
Do you have trust in yourself to complete the projects ahead?
Do you trust yourself to do what you put your mind to?
Trust. It’s vital.
You need to have full and complete trust in your ability to do what you put your mind to and to overcome any and all obstacles along the way.
I read an article in National Geographic about Alex Honnold who completed a free solo climb up El Capitan.
The level of trust he had to have in himself to complete the 3,000-foot climb is astonishing.
Completing a climb where a mistake means death requires such a level of self-trust that I’m in awe.
As I’ve been thinking about it, I’ve been asking myself what needs to shift for me to have that level of self-trust?
What would it be like to trust yourself with your ability to survive something so dangerous that most would never ever consider attempting it?
What would you do if you had that level of trust in yourself?
What would you do if you trusted yourself to prepare for and to follow through on your biggest dream?
What would you do?
With full and complete trust in yourself, what would you do?
Do you know?
Maybe it’s worth exploring.
Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
