All we are ever dealing with is a thought.

 
It’s not ever anything else. It is always just a thought.

If you’re stressed about paying a bill, it’s not about the money. It’s about how you think about money, how you think about paying bills.

If someone criticizes you, it’s not about what they said. It’s about the thought you had in reaction to their criticism.

If you don’t have the body you want it’s not about what you’re eating or your exercise habits. It’s about how you think about your body and what you think about food and exercise.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed it’s not because you’ve got a lot of stuff to do. It’s because of the thoughts you have about what you think you need to do.
 

The problem is never the problem.

 
It’s the way that you’re thinking about the problem that’s the problem.

Whatever is going on in our external world is a reflection of what’s happening within.

That doesn’t mean that there aren’t times when shit just happens.

But it does mean that you are always in control of the outcome of the circumstance.
 

You decide the outcome because you decide the thoughts you think.

 
Empowering or disempowering.

The thoughts you think are always 100% your responsibility.

If you don’t like what’s going on look at what you’re thinking and change that.

Your outer world will shift in response.

Change how you think about money and you’ll change the experience you have with money.

Change how you think about the words others say and you’ll change the experiences you have with others.

Change how you think about your body and you’ll change how you honor and nourish it.

Change how you think about the things you need to do and you’ll have a different experience doing those things.

When you change how you think you change the way you feel.

When you’re thinking better thoughts and feeling different feelings you show up differently.

And when you think new thoughts, feel better-feeling feelings, and show up from that state your results change.
 

Getting new results in ANY area always starts with what’s going on in your thoughts.

 
That’s really good news because you can choose a new thought in an instant, all it takes is a decision.

Remember, you absolutely can Love Your Life and Live Your Dreams. It all begins within.
